Follow recommended memory and processor  requirements for the version of Windows operating system that you are using.

We recommend that you purchase a Windows Certified printer for your operating system  (NOTE: at the time of this writing 64 bit operating systems have known compatiblity issues with peripheral equipment that was working fine with 32 bit operating systems).  Ask questions and research before you buy.  32 bit operating systems (both Vista and up) are still far more compatible with legacy software and hardware.

For the protection of valuable data you will be storing on your hard disk AN EXTERNAL backup DEVICE is strongly recommended. This is not only effective for the safe keeping of Force 5 data, but all other data as well. You should backup AND VERIFY your system to AN EXTERNAL DEVICE as often as you generate data you’re not willing to risk the loss of.

You should have at least a general knowledge of basic Windows conventions and mouse operations for a successful migration to generating your survey reports with Force 5.
